What image size should I upload?
Aim for at least 4200 x 2475 pixels at 300 DPI for a standard playmat. Bigger is fine, we'll handle the rest.
Can you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. A real designer reviews every single upload. If anything looks off (resolution, bleed, color) we email you before production starts.
How long does production take?
Production takes 2 to 3 business days. After your mat ships, expect around 10 days in transit on average depending on your city.
Do colours print accurately?
We print in CMYK with calibrated profiles. Highly saturated RGB blues and greens may shift a touch. Submit in RGB and we'll handle conversion.
Can I order multiple playmats?
Yes, no minimum and no maximum. Bulk orders for stores, leagues and events are welcome — just bump the quantity in the builder.
Can I use copyrighted artwork?
You're responsible for any IP in artwork you upload. We don't review for copyright but reserve the right to decline obvious infringement.
What if my image is low resolution?
We'll spot it during review and reach out before printing. You won't waste money on a blurry mat.
